Know Your Rights as a Player

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 788go ("we," "us," or "our"). 788go operates as a licensed online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines.

By accessing or using any part of the 788go website, mobile interface, or associated services, you accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the same agreement governing your use of 788go.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 788go service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open a 788go account and access real-money gaming services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration — the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in and are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 788go.

• You have not previously had a 788go account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other individual or entity.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. 788go reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 788go. Duplicate accounts, multi-accounting, or the creation of an account using another person's identity are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

03 Account Responsibilities

Once your 788go account is created, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Ensuring that no one under the age of 21 has access to your 788go account or your device while the account is active.
• Logging out completely when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 788go support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

788go will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you failed to take reasonable security precautions. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and updating your password regularly.

You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date. Any change in name, contact number, or banking details must be reported to 788go support promptly. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or result in account verification holds.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 788go are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 788go supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your 788go account within minutes, depending on the payment channel used. If your deposit does not reflect after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the reference number of your transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by channel and are displayed in your account's Cashier section.

788go reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on the standing of your account. Cooperation with verification requests is required before withdrawals can be processed.

Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reversed and reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

788go regularly offers promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the 788go Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all 788go bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and can only be used for gameplay on 788go.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited after the stated validity period.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 788go reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — through pattern betting, arbitrage strategies, or other methods designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 788go platform are governed by their individual rules, which are accessible within each game interface. General gameplay terms include the following:

• All RNG-based games use certified random number generation software. Results are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the player or by 788go.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional croupiers operating from regulated studios. The results of live games are determined by physical equipment and are final.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, 788go will review game logs to determine the outcome. The decision of 788go's technical team regarding disputed game outcomes is final.
• Bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside permitted limits will be automatically rejected or adjusted.
• If a game malfunctions or pays out incorrectly due to a technical error, 788go reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the player.

Players are expected to engage in fair and sporting gameplay. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software tools, bots, or collusion with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 788go platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one 788go account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Laundering money or using 788go for any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Attempting to access any part of the platform that you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any content or software belonging to 788go.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 788go staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification processes.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788go platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, and written content — is the intellectual property of 788go or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any 788go content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any 788go intellectual property.
• Use the 788go brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way without authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 788go's intellectual property may result in legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

788go collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 788go.app/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of 788go — such as your name, contact details, and transaction history — is used to operate your account, verify your identity, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

For identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance, 788go may share information with licensed third-party verification providers and Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Suspension & Termination

788go reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure, any real-money balance held in your account (net of any outstanding bonus commitments or disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification checks. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited at 788go's discretion in cases of Terms violations.

You may also close your 788go account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Please allow up to 5 business days for the account closure process to be completed and any outstanding balance to be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 788go's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

788go will not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by your failure to follow these Terms or to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be erroneous.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 788go, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 788go's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Players retain all rights granted to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection and gaming legislation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of 788go are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 788go's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

788go operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with regulatory concerns that cannot be resolved directly with 788go may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

788go may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, or operating practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the 788go platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms came into effect. Your continued use of 788go after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
